About the position
Chipper Cash is seeking a Customer Support Intern to provide assistance to their global customer base. The intern will communicate with customers through various channels such as calls, social media, email, and in-app live chat. They will also proactively identify user frustrations and expectations to improve processes and products. Additionally, the intern will collaborate with the Compliance team, prepare performance reports, escalate customer feedback, and contribute to team KPIs. The role requires a passion for customer service, particularly within financial services or telecommunications.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to the global customer support base
- Communicate with customers through various mediums (calls, social media platforms, email, in-app live chat)
- Identify patterns in user frustrations and expectations to improve processes, tools, and products
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to spot and investigate trends
- Prepare and present performance reports within the Operations team and in cross-functional meetings
- Understand, prioritize, and escalate customer feedback and feature requests to product teams
- Handle customer complaints and ensure fair treatment and opportunity for sharing thoughts and concerns
- Contribute to team KPIs and customer satisfaction ratings
- Assist in customer onboarding through exhibitions and booths at various avenues
Requirements
- Passionate about customer service, ideally within financial services or telecommunications
- Ability to provide customer support through various mediums such as calls, social media platforms, email, or in-app live chat
- Proactive in identifying patterns in user frustrations and expectations to improve processes, tools, or products
- Collaborate with the Compliance team to spot and investigate trends
- Prepare and present performance reports within the Operations team and cross-functional meetings
