About The Position

Invera Talent Inc is a newly established initiative in the United States, created to support schools and the broader education sector across the country. They work nationwide to help educational institutions meet their staffing and development needs, including providing educators and educational professionals, supporting adult education programs, and collaborating with colleges and universities. They also work closely with schools and companies to support internships, project-based work, project management, and thesis and capstone projects. Invera Talent Inc. is part of a Swedish group, Nordic Investin Group, with international experience in building and developing education-focused and knowledge-driven organizations. The Customer & Operations Coordinator role is central to the organization, serving as the main point of contact for customers, schools, companies, educators, and consultants. This role involves managing inquiries, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative processes related to staffing, projects, and educational collaborations.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, administration, coordination, or operations
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in english
  • A proactive, service oriented, and detail-focused mindset
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, growing organisation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience within education, consulting, staffing, or professional services is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on incoming inquiries from schools, companies, and partners
  • Act as the primary contact for new and existing customers
  • Schedule, coordinate, and participate in meetings
  • Manage requests related to educators, internships, projects, and consultants
  • Coordinate assignments with educators, consultants, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation, customer records, and process flows
