Requirements

  • 6+ years of related experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, customer success programs, or post-sale customer engagement
  • Proven experience independently building and executing scalable customer programs that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Experience owning or leading customer adoption, retention, expansion, or lifecycle initiatives in a SaaS or technology environment
  • Strong understanding of modern B2B marketing fundamentals including segmentation, targeting, campaign performance, and customer lifecycle strategy
  • Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, Pendo, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable programs that drive product adoption, engagement, and growth
  • Launch campaigns based on customer milestones, usage signals, customer needs, and business priorities
  • Create expansion readiness motions that support cross-sell, upsell, and other growth opportunities
  • Execute in-product and out-of-product engagement programs that improve product awareness and usage
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable programs with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics
  • Partner cross-functionally with various Marketing functions, Customer Success, Product, Product Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Use platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, and Pendoto execute and optimize programs
  • Measure results, identify new opportunities, A/B test, and scale what works
  • Build repeatable frameworks and playbooks that improve efficiency and consistency

Benefits

  • The salary ranges from $119,000- $149,00 CAD annually (inclusive of commission).
