Customer Marketing & Editorial Content Lead

ForusNew York, NY
Onsite

About The Position

As Customer Marketing & Editorial Content Lead at Forus, you will turn the outcomes, expertise, and insights across our network into the most credible and useful body of content in medication access. Forus works with thousands of physicians, patients, healthcare organizations, and life sciences partners across a growing number of specialties. That gives us a unique view into how patients access therapy, where the system breaks down, and what leading organizations are doing differently. Your job will be to identify the stories, data, and ideas worth sharing and turn them into content that customers, clinicians, industry leaders, and partners want to use. You will work directly with customers, physicians, patients, medical societies, advocacy organizations, and internal experts to produce case studies, reports, articles, presentations, webinars, and other substantive content. Some of this work will help customers communicate their own impact internally. Some will be co-published with trusted external organizations. Some will establish Forus as an authoritative voice on the problems and opportunities shaping access to medicine. You will own the process from idea through research, creation, approval, and distribution. This is a demanding role, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. You will be expected to "act like an owner" and commit yourself to Forus' success. If you are low-ego, hungry to learn, and excited about intense, impactful work that drives both company growth and accelerated career progression, we want to hear from you.
