This role is responsible for building and sustaining strong, long‑term partnerships with key customers across the GB poultry industry. Through a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges and opportunities, the role develops and delivers account plans that deliver value to our customers and drive sustainable growth for our company, while supporting animal welfare, sustainable production and the responsible use of medicines. Working across a broad customer base, the role collaborates closely within the Poultry Species Team and wider cross‑functional groups to align customer strategy, insight and execution. Success in this role is driven by strong customer relationships at all levels, high‑quality commercial decision‑making, and the ability to position our company’s Animal Health as a trusted, long‑term strategic partner through its innovative portfolio of biopharmaceuticals and technology.
