About The Position

Guardian Protection is seeking a Customer Loyalty Specialist to engage with customers considering cancellation, offering tailored solutions to retain their accounts. This role involves demonstrating the ability to quickly craft and present compelling offers, reaffirming the value of Guardian services through consultative conversations, and resolving customer issues efficiently with follow-up to ensure satisfaction. The specialist will handle escalated concerns with empathy and professionalism, assist customers in relocating their services, and promote upgrades, additional products, and enhanced service options. A key aspect of the role is recommending solutions that align with customer needs and company offerings, as well as proactively reaching out to customers to strengthen relationships and improve retention.

Requirements

  • Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and recommend relevant products and services.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sales tactics is a plus.

  • Preferred 1 year experience in customer service, retention, or inside sales.
