About The Position

This role is responsible for ensuring that Circle K properties meet the company's image standards, creating a safe and pleasant environment for employees. The auditor will inspect various aspects of store operations, including food service areas, cleanliness, marketing and operations program implementation, and compliance with laws. Specific inspections will cover "Simply Great Coffee" stores and "Kitchen" stores to ensure organization, product availability, and food quality meet Circle K's standards.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent education
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Food Handler’s Certificate (where required by law)
Possess a valid Driver’s License
Ability to work 5 days/50+ hours per week work schedule
Must be self-directed and productive without direct supervision

Responsibilities

Ensure property meets Circle K’s image standards using store inspection forms.
Ensure property and equipment create a safe and pleasant environment for all employees.
Inspect food service areas, checking temperatures for coffee, roller grill items, condiments, freezers, and coolers.
Check expiration dates for food products.
Ensure all areas of the store uphold Circle K's image and cleanliness standards.
Check for correct implementation of Marketing and Operation programs.
Keep locations in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Inspect Simply Great Coffee stores for organization of signage, cups, flavors, and in-stock products.
Inspect Kitchen stores for organization of signage, equipment, and storage.
Ensure food quality is great and look for sufficient amounts of product for customer consumption.
