About The Position

equipifi is looking to add another Implementation Project Manager to our incredible team. They will play a pivotal role in representing our company to customers and becoming the go-to person for their success. You'll serve as a trusted advisor and product expert - bringing technical and operational expertise to meet each customer's unique needs and set them up to win. Reporting to the Director of Implementations, you'll work closely with executives, project leads, and operational teams (both internally and externally) to deliver maximum value at every stage of the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in a B2B enterprise SaaS, customer-facing role, where you've served as both a project manager and trusted consultant guiding customers through implementation journeys.
  • Customer-obsessed and have experience working with leadership teams at all levels.
  • Proven project management chops, can adapt to any framework, and know how to execute alongside your leader and key stakeholders while keeping customers moving confidently through every milestone.
  • Organization and commitment to doing something right the first time.
  • Communication is your superpower - you balance polish + warmth in any team or customer interaction.

Nice To Haves

  • Fintech experience and partnering with banks + credit unions is a strong preference for this role and required for senior positions.
  • Love building real relationships, and you know how to turn those relationships into results.
  • May have been called “scrappy” a time or two.
  • No stranger to details and juggling a lot of them - whether it’s competing customer timelines, shifting priorities, or details in an email you send.
  • Love a good process - creating cross-team documentation and workflows that make everyone's lives easier is genuinely satisfying to you because you care about your team.

Responsibilities

  • Running customer implementations and getting them to value as quickly as possible.
  • Manage the project from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor every step of the way.
  • Navigate technical and operational milestones, keep projects on track, and ensure every customer crosses the finish line feeling confident and set up for long-term success.
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders, implementations peers, sales, and leadership to usher to the finish line with a successful handoff to Account Management.
