Customer Experience Team Member
About The Position
Benzinger’s Clothing Care is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Associate to join our team. No experience is necessary—we provide paid training! This is a part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week, offering employee discounts, opportunities for additional hours, and a positive and supportive team environment. The role involves assisting customers, processing garment orders, learning our point-of-sale system, inspecting and organizing clothing and household items, and helping to keep the store clean and welcoming. We are looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Applicants must be available to work at our East Aurora and Lancaster locations, open or close the store, and work two Saturdays per month.
