About The Position
Benzinger’s Clothing Care is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Associate to join our team. No experience is necessary—we provide paid training! This is a part-time position with approximately 20 hours per week, with no Sundays or major holidays. We offer employee discounts, opportunities for additional hours, and a positive and supportive team environment. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Applicants must be available to work at our East Aurora and Lancaster locations, open or close the store, and work two Saturdays per month. Responsibilities
- Assist customers and process garment orders
- Learn our point-of-sale system
- Inspect and organize clothing and household items
- Help keep the store clean and welcoming
