About The Position

The Customer Experience Specialist is the face and voice of Flaman for Parts and Rental customers, acting as the heart of the branch. This role involves finding the right parts, coordinating rentals, and ensuring customers have a positive experience. The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in being the "person with the answers."

Requirements

  • Natural communicator, able to explain complex things simply and enjoy helping people.
  • Detail-oriented with pride in accuracy.
  • Curiously-minded, interested in how things work, and not afraid of technical specs.
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a customer-first attitude.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in ag, automotive, or heavy equipment parts.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Help customers find the exact parts they need.
  • Coordinate the rental fleet, ensuring equipment is booked, tracked, and ready for customers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of inventory to guide customers.
  • Work closely with Sales and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Build customer relationships through consistent, honest, and friendly service.
