Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members at all levels
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of customer support experience
  • Two (2) years of experience with flat steel products

Responsibilities

  • Order Entry: Administer sales orders with precision and attention to detail.
  • Order Management: Monitor and track orders, providing timely status updates to Account Executives and customers.
  • Customer Support: Provide top-tier support to Majestic customers while effectively promoting our brand, products, and services.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all important activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and participate in additional job-related responsibilities as assigned
