About The Position

The Customer Experience Specialist helps current residents feel at home and assists prospective residents in finding an apartment at Cottonwood Highland and The Richmond Apartments. The role focuses on delivering a welcoming, responsive customer experience through in-person, phone, email, and text interactions. It also supports apartment readiness, community standards, events, social media marketing, package organization, and vendor relationships. The position offers room to grow into future management roles. The role could be full-time and requires a flexible schedule that includes weekends and evening hours.

Ability to answer questions about apartment availability and pricing.

Responsibilities

Greet prospects, residents, and vendors when they enter the office.
Respond courteously and promptly to resident and prospect inquiries by phone, email, and text.
Answer property phone calls and record detailed notes and information.
Ensure apartments are ready for daily showings and upcoming move-ins.
Inspect buildings, amenities, vacant apartments, and prospect tour paths to ensure they meet Cottonwood Standards and support a welcoming resident experience.
Understand pricing and information for available apartment homes and answer prospective renters’ questions.
Assist with planning community events and social media marketing.
Organize the package room daily as packages are delivered.
Maintain community-related communications and vendor relationships.
