About The Position

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers calling our customer care center. You will help support iconic brands like Kay, Jared, Zales, Peoples, and Banter, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported after their interaction.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or customer support experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Comfort with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic math
  • Analytical mindset to interpret feedback and continuously improve
  • Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, courteous, and grateful assistance on every phone call
  • Offer exceptional, personalized solutions tailored to each customer's needs
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
  • Multitask with confidence: document, research, and interact with customers in real-time
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and represent Signet positively at all times
  • Meet or exceed production, call adherence, schedule adherence, and quality expectations
  • Manage escalated concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
