Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via chat, text, and phone calls, either in real-time or through scheduled appointments.
  • Offer expert product and service advice, style consultations, and personalized shopping experiences.
  • Showcase our products online, sharing detailed information about each item's features and benefits.
  • Provide information on extended service agreements and financing options, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Contribute to sales growth through digital sales, live sales, social media presence, collaboration with brick-and-mortar stores, and connected commerce.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, always with a positive attitude.
  • Follow up to maintain lasting relationships and create a personal customer portfolio.
  • Participate in cross-training within the department.
