About The Position

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and budgets while coordinating customized travel experiences that create lasting memories.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred; backgrounds in retail, hospitality, call centers, or service industries are welcome.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using online systems, booking platforms, and digital communication tools.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Present customized travel recommendations and service solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate reservations and ensure all booking details are accurate and confirmed.
  • Maintain detailed client records and provide timely follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships through ongoing communication and support.
