About The Position

Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Customer Experience Specialist. As a Customer Experience Specialist at MercyOne, you will receive customer and family complaints, coordinate investigation and aid in resolution through closure. Serves as a consulting resource to leaders, physicians, and colleagues on matters related to the MercyOne experience. Supplies data summaries regarding the customer experience and provides areas of opportunity for improvements. Ensures that MercyOne is in compliance with grievance rules and regulations. Works in collaboration with Eastern Division.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • More than 2 years experience required.
