About The Position

As one of the fastest-growing residential roofing platforms in the country, Allied Roofing Partners is building an exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who thrives on helping people, enjoys talking on the phone, and understands the importance of responding quickly to new customer inquiries. This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the first members of a growing Customer Experience team with tremendous opportunities for future advancement. The role involves being the first point of contact for homeowners reaching out through various channels, making a professional and responsive first impression. It offers a ground-floor opportunity with a clear path into future leadership roles as the department grows, along with comprehensive training, proven processes, and ongoing coaching.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, appointment setting, inside sales, or call center environments.
  • Outstanding phone presence with strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely while managing daily priorities independently.
  • Experience using CRM software and virtual phone systems.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Coachable, goal-oriented, and motivated by measurable performance.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, professional home office.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must reside in the Central Time Zone or be willing to consistently work Central Time/PST Time Zone.

Nice To Haves

  • RingCentral experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in roofing, home improvement, or other residential service industries.
  • Previous outbound calling or lead recovery experience.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Comfortable following call scripts, performance dashboards, and structured workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to new website, phone, and social media inquiries within minutes.
  • Contact homeowners to understand their needs and provide an exceptional customer experience.
  • Qualify opportunities and schedule roofing inspections and estimates.
  • Follow proven call scripts and follow-up processes.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions within company CRM systems.
  • Re-engage homeowners who previously requested estimates or information.
  • Contact aging leads, previous customers, missed calls, and unsold estimates.
  • Help convert existing marketing leads into scheduled appointments.
  • Represent multiple Allied Roofing Partners brands with professionalism, urgency, and enthusiasm.
  • Build rapport with homeowners and confidently schedule appointments.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance goals for response time, contact rates, and appointments booked.
