We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative who can accurately respond to verbal and written inquiries and complaints directly from subscribers, providers, brokers, or group administrators. This role involves accurately processing claim adjustments during phone calls and/or during regular work time, utilizing good judgment when applying dental knowledge for claims processing and client call handling. The representative will also maintain and follow up on documents for all adjustment requests, check investigations, overpayment letters, and e-forms.
