Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year or more of customer service experience
  • Thorough knowledge of first-aid and CPR
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, or sit for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to integrate business and industry knowledge into the job
  • Ability to build working relationships characterized by a high level of acceptance, cooperation, and mutual respect
  • Ability to flourish with both independent and collaborative work

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor's degree
  • Two or more years of experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Work on the front line of customer service.
  • Serve as the primary phone contact for sales, provision of services, problem resolution, payment arrangements, billing inquiries, general inquiries, and account maintenance.
  • Assist customers with any questions or issues they have with our products or services.
  • Attentively listen to clients and isolate problems that can be addressed.
  • Troubleshoot effectively and efficiently using knowledge of field services and network operations.
  • Schedule installations for new accounts.
  • Offer new services for current accounts.
  • Be proactive about anticipating current and potential needs.
  • Develop own skills by attending regular team meetings and training.
  • Help the ISP company provide exceptional customer service for customers.
