About The Position

Dynamic Dies is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to support manufacturing accounts. This full-time, on-site role involves working directly with customers, managing details, and overseeing projects from order placement to completion. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a similar role
  • Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and similar tools)
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for a designated group of customers, managing their orders from initial request through production.
  • Enter and manage customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare quotes and follow up on customer requests.
  • Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide updates and support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders move smoothly through production.
  • Troubleshoot issues and help resolve questions related to orders or timelines.
  • Balance multiple priorities in a custom project environment.
