About The Position
This position combines customer service with consultative sales. You’ll connect with clients who have requested information, guide them through their options, and help them make informed decisions. We approach sales as an extension of customer service—focused on trust, education, and long-term relationships, not pressure. Key aspects include no cold calling as clients request information, full training and mentorship provided, and a clear path into leadership based on performance.
Requirements
- Strong communication and people skills

- Coachable with a desire to grow
- Comfortable working remotely

Responsibilities
- Connect with clients via phone and Zoom
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Educate clients on benefits and coverage options
- Assist with applications and enrollment
- Build long-term client relationships
