About The Position

The Customer Experience Officer supports the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization by coordinating the customer closing experience. We are looking for a dedicated professional who models and holds others accountable to the Land Title Guarantee Company culture, acting as a coach and mentor to others in the organization. In this role, you will interact directly with clients to answer customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. As a Customer Experience Officer, your impact is immediate. You won't just offer basic file processing; you will actively coordinate daily closing activities—including closing room schedules, calendars, meetings, and events—and process incoming customer orders by following work procedures for New Order Entry. You will meticulously compile personal profile information of sellers, buyers, and borrowers in our customer management software. By assisting in the creation, preparation, and distribution of reports, and compiling data for over/short reports and escheating, you will directly drive our organization's success. You will also provide vital administrative assistance, from document distribution and typing memos to maintaining computer-based and paper files and managing office supplies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in clear, professional communication and writing skills
  • Strong computer proficiency and excellent phone communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily closing activities to ensure everything runs seamlessly, including managing closing room schedules, calendars, meetings, and events.
  • Process incoming customer orders efficiently by following established work procedures for New Order Entry.
  • Accurately compile personal profile information of sellers, buyers, and borrowers within our customer management software.
  • Assist in the creation, preparation, and distribution of vital reports in support of the organization, and compile necessary data for over/short reports and escheating.
  • Provide crucial administrative assistance, including document distribution, typing reports and memos, maintaining computer-based and paper files, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and performing other necessary clerical tasks.
  • Get involved in department marketing activities, which may include representing the company at after-hours functions as requested or required.
  • Step in to handle other related duties as assigned to support the team and the broader organization.
