About The Position

We're looking for a dependable Customer Experience Liaison – Receptionist to support our Madison, WI facility to serve as the front‑desk receptionist and provide administrative support to our team. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced office setting
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with visitors and team members
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. when assisting in the sample room
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to handle differing opinions and resolve conflict professionally while upholding The Placon Way

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and provide a strong first impression
  • Answer and route calls using a multi‑line phone system
  • Handle mail, data entry, and general clerical tasks
  • Support customer service and internal teams with administrative needs
  • Maintain an organized, efficient front office environment
  • Assist with office communication, scheduling, and documentation as needed
