About The Position
Join our Field Sales & Service Team and help us deliver exceptional customer moments and powerful service experiences. We're Southwind— the highest-performing 1-800-GOT-JUNK? franchise group — built on integrity, accountability, and investing in people. As a Customer Experience Lead, you’ll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job. Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service, lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates. You will also remove junk safely from homes and businesses, drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided), and lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs. Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance. No prior junk removal experience required - we train you. Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement.

- DOT Medical Certification: A valid DOT Medical Card is required for driving commercial vehicles. We’ll set it up and cover the full cost of obtaining your DOT Medical Certification.
