About The Position

This position will focus on a detail-oriented customer experience to support and guide our Customer Experience team at a leading meat manufacturer. This role acts as a bridge between internal departments and customer-facing teams, helping to drive service excellence, communication and order execution. The ideal candidate is organized, confident in prioritization and comfortable taking ownership of escalations, problem solving and team coordination.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer service, operations support or order entry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through in fast paced environments
  • Comfortable using order management systems and standard office software (Microsoft D365 and Excel experience a plus)
  • Calm under pressure and confident in handling escalations
  • Natural communicator who can anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Approaches challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and positive attitude

  • Previous team leadership experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a point of contact for Customer Experience Associates for questions, guidance and daily issue resolution
  • Help prioritize daily workload and monitor team follow-up on key accounts and critical order issues
  • Escalate challenges or high-visibility item to the Customer Experience Supervisor and appropriate departments in a timely manner
  • Lead by tone, professionalism and attention to detail in all scenarios
  • Oversee accurate and timely entry of sales orders, especially for key customer programs
  • Monitor order modifications and product outages with appropriate substitution options
  • Ensure that high-visibility customers receive escalated attention and timely updates in coordination with Production, QA and Sales
  • Act as a liaison between Customer Experience, Production, Sales, Procurement and QA to ensure smooth order execution where appropriate
  • Provide daily support to Center of the Plate Specialists and work cross-functionally to ensure alignment
  • Ensure every interaction – internal or external- is handled with urgency, clarity and care
  • Help uphold a culture of proactive service, not reactive task management
  • Continuously seeking opportunities to smooth the handoff between departments and reduce friction in the order process
  • Other duties as assigned
