About The Position

This is an active, on-your-feet role where you will move around the facility, support families face-to-face, and help keep the lobby organized and running smoothly. You will greet families, handle lesson registrations, answer questions, and make each guest feel valued in a positive, team-oriented setting. This is not a sit-down receptionist or call-center position. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements

  • At least 17 years old with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; strong verbal communication and computer skills.
  • Proficient typing (40+ WPM) and comfort with basic POS systems.
  • Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

  • Be the welcoming face of Waterworks — greet and assist families in person and over the phone.
  • Register new customers, schedule lessons, process payments, and manage accounts.
  • Communicate clearly and help families choose the right lesson packages.
  • Listen with empathy and find creative solutions to meet families’ needs.
  • Enjoy interacting with children and families in a lively, fast-paced environment.
  • Help maintain a clean and safe lobby by wiping down surfaces, keeping floors dry, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Work as part of a supportive team to reach registration and retention goals.
