Requirements

Any relevant experience preferred, but we're willing to train for the right person!
We need you to be detial orriented (see what we did there?)
An ability to be approachable and communicate with team members across the company
Self-motivation and critical thinking are key qualities we're looking for

Nice To Haves

Branch and/or back-office operations experience
Knowledge of online banking

Responsibilities

Perform administrative & back-office operations duties (garnishments & levy's, CTR's, research projects, internal audit assistance, etc.).
Provide an excellent customer experience by handling bank teller transactions (in person, over the phone, chat and over email).
Assist with the review and processing of incoming customer wire requests.
Provide backup support for the Customer Experience Center (Branch), Digital Services, and Concierge Services.
Assist the Customer Experience Manager with other special projects.
