Requirements

  • Any relevant experience preferred, but we're willing to train for the right person!
  • We need you to be detial orriented (see what we did there?)
  • An ability to be approachable and communicate with team members across the company
  • Self-motivation and critical thinking are key qualities we're looking for

Nice To Haves

  • Branch and/or back-office operations experience
  • Knowledge of online banking

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative & back-office operations duties (garnishments & levy's, CTR's, research projects, internal audit assistance, etc.).
  • Provide an excellent customer experience by handling bank teller transactions (in person, over the phone, chat and over email).
  • Assist with the review and processing of incoming customer wire requests.
  • Provide backup support for the Customer Experience Center (Branch), Digital Services, and Concierge Services.
  • Assist the Customer Experience Manager with other special projects.
