About The Position

As a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS, you serve as a financial concierge for walk-in customers. You retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services. You also process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, balance daily, and provide exemplary customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least one year of customer service experience or military service in administration, contracting, civil affairs, or a similar role; alternatively, a bachelor's degree.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; the employer will not sponsor applicants for immigration benefits.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.
• Cash handling skills.
• Comfort using technology such as mobile services and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
• Understand consumer deposit products and educate customers about them.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, a new-customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and referrals from customers and partners.
• Educate customers and refer them to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong partnerships.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balance daily.
• Apply sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
