This role involves working closely with customers to discuss discounts and resolve issues related to our programs. The Customer Experience Associate will reach out to customers, set appointments, and cross-sell the Multi-Line discount. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, answering questions, collecting payments, making policy changes, setting up bill accounts, and processing simple billing requests. The associate will also submit claims paperwork and provide proof of insurance documents. Additionally, there may be a need to assist with IFBI Health Plans and perform other duties as assigned by management.
