This role involves working closely with customers to discuss discounts and resolve issues related to our programs. The Customer Experience Associate will reach out to customers to set appointments, cross-sell the Multi-Line discount, and handle incoming calls. Responsibilities also include collecting payments, making policy changes, setting up bill accounts, and submitting claims paperwork. Additionally, the associate will provide proof of insurance documents and may assist with INFB Health Plans. Any additional duties assigned by management will also be part of the role.
