This role involves operating scanning equipment and cash registers, bagging merchandise, and maintaining proper cash drawer accounting procedures. The associate will also follow store and legal guidelines for tobacco and alcohol sales, stay knowledgeable about weekly ads and promotions, and maintain departmental sanitation. Cooperation with co-workers and supervisors is essential for smooth store function, and associates are responsible for utilizing provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position may also involve assisting in other departments.
