About The Position

This is an onsite Call Center Representative role located at 100 American Metro Blvd, Hamilton Square, NJ 08619. The position involves being the first point of contact for clients' customers, handling inbound calls, providing information about payments and benefits, assisting with inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of company and client programs. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer service-oriented approach. Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent and have 6 months of relevant experience. A background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting are required. The role also has specific training requirements, including a mandatory 3-week program and maintaining a minimum quiz score.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have 6 months of Customer Service, Call Center or Dispatch experience.
  • Complete a background check, credit check, and security fingerprinting.
  • This onsite role requires candidates to reside within a 35-mile radius of the worksite located at 100 American Metro Blvd, Hamilton Square, NJ 08619
  • Completion of a mandatory 3-week training program (Week 1 classroom; Weeks 2–3 call handling with support).
  • Must maintain an average quiz score of 80%+ and complete all required E-Learning training.
  • Ready to commit to 100% attendance during our three-to-five-week paid training period.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Access cardholder accounts to provide information about payments and benefits deposited by state or federal agencies.
  • Assist cardholders with inquiries regarding transactions and account statuses.
  • Listen actively to understand customer needs and offer clear, accurate information.
  • Process transactions efficiently via web-based applications and handle research requests with precision.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company and client programs, policies, and technology.
  • Communicate in a warm, empathetic manner while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with all regulations.
  • Support team operations during peak times or absences to help maintain seamless service.
