This entry-level, onsite role supports visitors and guests through welcoming, informative, and highly interactive service. People contact is central, with regular face-to-face interaction. The position is suited to someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than exclusively behind the scenes.
