Our tight-knit team at AlphaGraphics - US146 is actively seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Customer Experience & Account Coordinator to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be the face and voice of our company, handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email. However, you aren't just answering questions—you will own the customer journey. You will act as a blend of a Customer Service Representative, Account Manager, and Project Manager, ensuring that client requests are not only answered but executed flawlessly from start to finish. If you love multitasking, solving puzzles, building client relationships, and keeping projects on schedule, this role is for you. We are growing our team and are looking for a capable professional to work closely with and report directly to the Vice President of Sales and Vice President of Operations. This is a great opportunity within our company for a well-organized and eager individual who likes customer-facing and project management.
