Under the supervision of the Customer Experience Supervisor, the Customer Experience Agent plays a key role within our airline, serving as the first point of contact for our customers. This professional is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience by handling inquiries, providing accurate information, and resolving issues efficiently. Due to the hybrid nature of the role, the employee may also be required to perform other related duties, including Ramp Agent responsibilities, as assigned by their supervisor or a member of the management team.
