ROAD iD is hiring a skilled Customer Experience Agent to join their team. This is a full-time role with a schedule of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., either Sunday through Thursday, or Monday through Friday, with training during weekdays. Weekends would be worked remotely after successful completion of training. This is not a typical call center role; agents are empowered to deliver memorable, effortless, and remarkable customer experiences by being themselves and having obstacles removed. The role requires patience, empathy, and a friendly demeanor.
