About The Position

Answer Plus Las Vegas is seeking Full Time Customer Experience Agents to join their growing team. This role involves handling incoming calls for various services, such as locksmiths and medical advice lines, ensuring customers receive necessary information and reassurance during critical times. The company provides on-the-job paid training and utilizes a state-of-the-art call processing system. This is an inbound call center environment, with no outbound or sales calls required.

Requirements

  • Full Time - 40 hours per week, 10 hour shifts
  • Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week)
  • Some Holiday work required
  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
  • Strong spelling and grammar
  • Computer skills
  • Dependability
  • The ability to type 35 words per minute or more

Nice To Haves

  • Previous call center work is a plus
  • Excelled in any customer service industry

Responsibilities

  • Professionally handle incoming calls.
  • Greet callers in a positive and helpful way.
  • Provide and request required information.
  • Transfer calls as necessary.
  • Take messages as necessary.
  • Log in at the start of your shift and 'go ready' to begin taking calls.
  • Work on a state-of-the-art call processing system.
  • Be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs.
