About The Position

As a Tenant Experience Advisor, you’ll serve as the front line for self-storage customers across the U.S.—helping them rent units, make payments, resolve issues, and get support in real time. This is a full-time, on-site role in Richardson, TX. XPS Solutions has been supporting self-storage facilities for 25 years, focusing on helpful, friendly, and kind customer service.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer service experience (any industry)
  • Strong sales mind & confidence in taking someone from "just calling to get prices", to "yes, I would love to be be your tenant..."
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Patience, attention to detail, and active listening
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability between 8:00 AM - 10:00PM Central Time is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Self-storage or call center experience is a plus
  • Associate’s degree a plus
  • Bilingual is a bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Handling up to 90+ inbound calls per shift
  • Guiding customers through the rental process
  • Taking payments and managing basic account tasks
  • Upselling where appropriate
  • Supporting customers via Live Chat
  • Documenting customer interactions accurately and professionally
