About The Position

The Customer Experience Associate is a relationship-driven, customer-facing role inside our service department. You will help customers explore options that improve their ownership experience — including upgrading to newer vehicles or adding protection products that save them money long-term. This is not a traditional sales job. It’s a hospitality-focused role for someone who enjoys talking to people and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
