About The Position

The Customer Experience Associate is a relationship-driven, customer-facing role inside our service department. You will help customers explore options that improve their ownership experience — including upgrading to newer vehicles or adding protection products that save them money long‑term. This is not a traditional sales job. It’s a hospitality-focused role for someone who enjoys talking to people and thrives in a fast‑moving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Engage service customers in person throughout the day
  • Use our digital tools to review customer insights and opportunities
  • Present upgrade paths or ownership solutions
  • Explain protection products and service contract options
  • Coordinate with sales staff to finalize vehicle purchases
  • Follow up with customers using our CRM + AI tools
  • Maintain a polished, professional presence in the service lane
