Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• One to three months related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficiency in phone and email communication
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other data management tools
• Proactive and empathetic approach to customer interactions

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to schedule service appointments
• Recommend and promote services tailored to customer needs
• Coordinate the Concierge/Valet service
• Conduct outbound customer satisfaction calls
• Respond to customer emails and chats
• Confirm and reschedule missed appointments
• Engage with customers overdue for service
• Contact customers about marketing initiatives
• Log customer information to maintain a clean database
• Make outbound calls to internet leads for the sales department
• Follow up with dealership visitors
• Take on other duties as assigned
