About The Position

The Catalyst Corporation is currently hiring motivated, outgoing individuals for an Entry-Level Customer Enrollment Representative position in the Oak Brook, IL area. In this role, you'll work directly with customers in retail locations and promotional environments, helping individuals learn about available programs and services and assisting eligible customers through the enrollment process. This is a face-to-face customer engagement and sales position offering full paid training, a gas stipend, uncapped performance-based bonuses, ongoing mentorship, and advancement opportunities for individuals looking to build a long-term career in customer relations, sales, marketing, and leadership. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Oak Brook, IL office for training, meetings, and daily team operations.
