Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • At least 2-3 years experience with Customer Service or Customer Experience, or Customer Management
  • Highly proficient with applications such as MS Office, G Suite, DocuSign, and Salesforce including an ability to learn new systems

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous energy or solar experience is not required but preferred
  • Experience managing accounts preferred

Responsibilities

  • Offer personalized assistance and support, tailoring solutions to their unique needs and preferences.
  • Build enduring connections that go beyond transactions, fostering a culture of care and empowerment.
  • Anticipate customer needs before they arise by understanding their solar journey, providing personalized solutions that enhance their experience.
  • Handle escalated issues or intricate queries efficiently and professionally, prioritizing swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Leverage relationships to advocate for customer concerns, providing constructive feedback that drives continuous improvement.
  • Guide customers through their solar experience using account management skill sets.
  • Utilize negotiation and de-escalation expertise to turn challenging situations into positive outcomes, maintaining trust and confidence.
  • Resolve complex issues by thinking outside the box, ensuring accurate and timely responses to customer questions.
  • Recommend products and services that enhance each customer’s solar journey through regular account reviews.
  • Stay attuned to customers' evolving needs to contribute to their long-term satisfaction.
