About The Position

The Customer Engagement Specialist manages regional account relationships for Motorola Solutions, providing dedicated support within assigned territories. Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree OR 1+ years of sales experience or customer service experience
  • Proven track record of sales achievement, ideally in a high-energy, phone-based environment.
  • Skilled in Google-based applications
  • Under 10% travel

Nice To Haves

  • experience with Salesforce is preferred.
  • Prior experience in technology sales is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline by executing follow-ups on data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track all support interactions with Account Executives and field team members, ensuring data integrity.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets and CRM performance KPIs.
  • Participate in—and occasionally lead—customer meetings to advance the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales organization to contribute to overall company revenue goals.
