Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer engagement, customer service, or account management, preferably in the technology or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and customer engagement tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data and derive actionable insights.
  • A passion for technology and a desire to stay informed about industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and production, to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and deliver presentations to customers, showcasing our products and services.
  • Monitor customer engagement metrics and provide insights to enhance our customer experience strategies.
  • Participate in customer meetings and industry events to represent Skywater Technology and strengthen our market presence.
  • Assist in the development of customer engagement initiatives and campaigns to drive customer retention and growth.
