About The Position

Ideal Software Systems, an innovator in business management systems for 40 years, is looking for an energetic, organized and self-starting Customer Engagement Specialist to assist our team. The candidate will work with all departments to assist in providing high level of customer service.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience in direct customer engagement.
  • Minimum of a High School diploma (GED) and show a steady work history highlighting accomplishments.
  • Strong Computer Skills especially Word/ Excel and database management
  • Strong time management, organization and decision-making skills

Nice To Haves

  • College Degree Preferred and relevant experience can be substituted for education.
  • Knowledge of the Rent to Own industry a plus

Responsibilities

  • Promptly and professionally respond to and maintain communication with prospective clients through phone and email communication
  • Assist with the organization of trade shows and sales events ensuring events run smoothly
  • Demonstrate a commitment to professional development by learning our industry, products and process to articulate our value proposition
  • Assist the members of the sales and other departments as requested
  • Other duties as assigned
