About The Position

We are a mission-driven outreach and event marketing organization that partners with nonprofit organizations to support community engagement, fundraising campaigns, and public awareness initiatives. Through live events, donor outreach, and community-focused promotions, we help charitable organizations expand their impact while creating valuable career opportunities for motivated entry-level professionals. We are currently hiring an Entry Level Customer Engagement Representative to join our growing outreach and event team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals interested in customer service, nonprofit outreach, event support, communications, fundraising, or community engagement. No previous experience is required — we provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and clear advancement opportunities.

Requirements

  • No prior customer service or event experience required — full paid training provided
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to event attendees, donors, and community supporters
  • Represent nonprofit partners at live events, fundraising campaigns, and community outreach initiatives
  • Answer questions regarding nonprofit missions, fundraising efforts, and community programs
  • Assist with attendee engagement, customer inquiries, and follow-up support
  • Distribute promotional materials and event information to community members
  • Support event coordination and ensure a positive guest experience at outreach events
  • Maintain a positive, energetic, and customer-focused presence during all campaigns
  • Collaborate with team members to help achieve event and fundraising goals
  • Accurately collect customer feedback and assist with reporting when needed
