We’re looking for a Customer Education Specialist who loves turning complexity into clarity and teaching through storytelling. You’ll design engaging, intuitive learning experiences that help customers adopt new workflows, deepen product understanding, and feel confident using Canva. While you’ll contribute to defining the broader learning journey, the core of this role is hands-on content creation—crafting high-quality learning that drives real behavior change. You’ll lead the full lifecycle from research and insights, to design and content development, to publication and iteration. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure learning is accurate, impactful, and aligned to customer needs.
