The Regional Customer Desk Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer experience by managing customer demand/orders and efficiently preparing and executing shipment plans to meet customer demand. This role involves working with various teams to align demand volumes, improve forecast accuracy, and ensure adherence to forecast submission deadlines. The specialist will collaborate with customers to clarify demand variations, normalize volumes, and work with the Supply Chain Organization to mitigate the impact of demand variations. Key activities include leading and coordinating cross-functionally for shipment planning, reducing past due orders, and managing the invoicing, goods receipt, and payment receipt processes from customers.
